Today, Matt Dolan files his campaign finance reports with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office raising over $140,000 in the first half of 2015, with over $114,000 on hand.
Earlier this year, Dolan announced his candidacy to run for State Senate in the 24th Senate District to replace outgoing Senator Tom Patton who is term limited and cannot run for reelection. “Ohio is continuing to move in the right direction and as a member of the State Senate I want to contribute to Ohio’s growth. Having previously served in the legislature, I know my desire to return to elected office is fueled by my experience and understanding of how the private-public relationship drives a healthier and sustainable economy. I like working on issues that enhance the productivity, prosperity and opportunity for all Ohioans,” said Dolan.
“I am humbled by the overwhelming support, including financial, I have gotten from individuals living in the district, family and friends. As I spend time in the neighborhoods and talking with residents of the 24th District, I am energized by the positive feedback and reception I am receiving. My campaign finance filing illustrates that support,” Dolan concluded.
Matt has nearly 200 individual donors representing a vast majority of the communities (22 out of 28) in the 24th Senate District, which shows his broad base of support. He is enjoying endorsements from leaders within the various communities as well as continuing to build his grassroots operation. For more information, visitwww.electmattdolan.com.
